This started with two people who were ready for more, and decided to go all in together. We’ve been through the ups, the restarts, the moments where things felt hard, and the moments where things finally started to click. And through all of it, we’ve built something stronger, not just physically, but in how we show up for ourselves and for each other.
Lori, now over 50 lbs down and continuing to make progress everyday having learned how to stay consistent in a way that finally feels sustainable. Ashton went from being overweight to stepping on a bodybuilding stage through discipline, structure, and showing up every single day.

What we’ve learned, both individually and together, is that most people don’t struggle because they don’t have a plan, they struggle because they can’t stick to one. So this isn’t about quick fixes or starting over again. This is a real transformation system built around strength training, cardio, nutrition, and the habits that actually make it stick.
It’s about building confidence, building consistency, and becoming the strongest version of yourself, physically and mentally. Not someone different, but more of who you know you’re capable of being.
