Lori Payne - CPT

I’ve spent most of my life trying to lose weight, starting over, doing well for a while, and then falling off again. Not because I didn’t care, but because nothing ever truly fit me. Growing up, I struggled to stay consistent, and with ADHD, that often made things feel even harder. I joined so many weight loss and fitness programs, and they were great programs, but they felt so overwhelming and impossible for me to stick to long term.

After years of that cycle, I knew something had to change. So instead of forcing myself into programs that weren’t built for me, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM to learn how to meet myself exactly where I was with grace and patience. I needed something simple, realistic, and most importantly, sustainable.

And I finally did it! I didn’t just get results, I became someone who could keep going. Someone who doesn’t fall off every time things get hard. Someone who walks out of the gym feeling empowered, not disheartened.

Ashton Payne - CPT

My fitness journey didn’t start with a perfect plan. It started with a realization that I wasn’t living in alignment with the person I wanted to be. In 2022, I was at my heaviest—200 pounds—and I didn’t feel like myself. I knew something had to change, not just physically, but mentally.

It started with something simple: learning how to track macros. And honestly, I cried on the first day. It was hard. Hard to change habits. Hard to fit the foods I loved into a new structure. Even harder to let go of the ones that didn’t. But I stayed with it. Over time, what once felt overwhelming became second nature.

The same thing happened with the gym. At first, it was a struggle just to show up. Now, it’s just part of who I am. That’s the shift that changed everything. From where I started in 2022, it’s hard to believe I went on to compete in a bodybuilding show in 2025 and place 3rd in my category. But the stage wasn’t the transformation—the identity was.

Through our programming and Lori’s guidance and support, I didn’t just lose weight. The biggest transformation for me was the person I’ve become in the process. I became someone who shows up, follows through, and lives in alignment with the life she wants. And that’s the transformation that lasts.
